Surprisingly 74% of the UK population do not have a Will. Without a Will you will die intestate and your estate (everything that you own at the time of your death) will NOT automatically go to your spouse, partner or the person you intend to inherit.
Making a Will enables you to:
- Decide who should receive your money and property when you die
- Appoint the guardians of your choice to care for your children if this is necessary
- Have peace of mind that after your death your family and friends will not have the burden of making such decisions at a stressful time.
